UCFB stands for the University Campus of Football Business.

Wembley Stadium is extremely safe. The immediate surroundings at Wembley Park offer the new London Designer Outlet with many high end retail brands and a multiplex cinema. The first intake of students at UCFB Wembley have found the surroundings to be peaceful and friendly.

 

Manchester is a vibrant city. The city centre and its array of shops, restaurants, bars, museums, leisure facilities and live music venues is just minutes away by tram by from all of UCFB Manchester Campus learning facilities and student accommodation.

UCFB respects the diversity of the student community and offers support where it is required.  There is a prayer and contemplation room available at both campuses.

During Freshers’ Week all students will be provided with information on how to register with a local GP.

Yes. We understand that our students have individual talents and pastimes, and wherever possible our highly attentive Student Support team endeavour to encourage continued personal growth and development. If you have any particular desire to continue an activity whilst at UCFB, please contact our Student Support team and we will endeavour to support you as best we can.

A laptop can be borrowed from the library on a day-to-day basis. Compulsory reading materials and stationary will need to be purchased.

Yes. All UCFB undergraduate degree courses are delivered on a full-time basis and whilst UCFB forges relationships with local employers within the sports industry and locally, any work commitment will have to be in the evening or weekends.

 

It is important that whilst we understand part-time work is a requirement for many students, we expect students to dedicate a minimum of seven hours per day, five days a week to their studies

The Students’ Union supports a range of societies. The Athletic Union has provision for both competitive and non-competitive sports. In addition, there are ad-hoc events and other extracurricular activities through the Students’ Union.
