One of UCFB’s students has been going around UCFB Wembley, soaking up everything the incredible campus has to offer.
Redford Elton, a BA (Hons) Multimedia Sports Journalism student, has taken a tour of the campus he has called home for the past three years.
Redford showed us everything from our Arch View House facility to the iconic Wembley Stadium.
Starting off at Wembley Park Station, only a quick walk to campus or another quick tube ride to Central London, Redford showed us how ideally located UCFB Wembley is before seeing any of its fantastic attractions and qualities.
And even before arriving on campus, Redford showed us around Wembley itself, and the local businesses who support students with brilliant nightlife and social events.
One of these includes Blue Check, which sponsors UCFB teams and businesses during Campus League Football, including Redford’s own business, The Fans Perspective, which won the UCFB 2024 Entrepreneurship Award at Wembley Stadium itself.
These local businesses offering great nightlife experiences are in addition to the world famous BoxPark, full of independent shops with student discounts to add, just like the many retailers at the nearby London Designer Outlet.
Redford then showed us around the sporting opportunities, such as the padel courts outside the stadium, and the ping pong table within, located in UCFB’s cafeteria and study area.
Just above that is where UCFB students get to do their studies, in the boxes or lecture rooms overlooking the hallowed turf of Wembley Stadium’s pitch.
Redford said: “People told me that it sinks in, but no. Two and a half years later, it still hasn’t.”
After a tour around the stadium, Redford went to UCFB’s Arch View House facility, taking us around the study zones such as the auditoriums, classrooms, lounges and library.
And connected to Arch View House is the Unite Students accommodation, with its own study rooms, gym, pool table and plenty more for students staying on campus to enjoy.
