Arsenal and England player Rachel Yankey has been confirmed as UCFB Wembley Ladies Football Team Head Coach.
Considered one of the England national side’s all-time greats, Rachel Yankey won her 100th cap three years ago and scored against Japan at the World Cup. Awarded an MBE in 2005, Rachel is pacy, versatile and tricky, and she featured in all of Team GB’s matches at the Olympics. Rachel has also had a successful career at Arsenal FC spanning over 8 seasons of the FA WSL.
To the delight of our UCFB Wembley female students Rachel will be head coach to our Ladies Team; sharing her expertise and inspiring our female students through their time at UCFB.
