Andrew is Head of Governance and Regulation for Premiership Rugby. He is responsible for ensuring good governance, financial integrity and protecting the values of the game. He also represents the professional clubs on the RFU’s Governance Committee, Rugby’s Anti-Doping Advisory Group, European Rugby’s Regulations Committee, the Agents Review Board and the Professional Rugby Integrity Group.
Prior to joining Premiership Rugby in 2010, Andrew was Regulations Manager for the RFU. Andrew has extensive experience of advising clubs and other sports governing bodies across the world on the development of governance and regulatory frameworks. He specialises in salary cap implementation and management. He also holds a Masters in International Sports Law and is a regular lecturer on financial regulation in sport.
