Dr. Homy is an experienced consultant with extensive financial services experience, gained through a mix of consulting and corporate roles.
His work spans growth strategy formulation, turn around, and has a strong track record in leading and driving digital and technology transformation programmes across financial services with a wealth of risk and regulatory experience.
Starting his career as a professor in Computer Science, he moved to R&D roles at IBM Toronto Lab and subsequently working for IBM Business Consulting Services in Canada, Booz Allen Hamilton, Booz & Company and EY in the UK.
Homy is an accredited executive coach and holds PhD in Computer Science from Queen's University in Canada, and MBA from Oxford University.
